The Service is provided without requiring an account and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

What AHORATRA provides

AHORATRA offers a live sidereal sky view, the daily Panchanga, and Vedic (Jyotish) birth-chart calculations with AI-assisted interpretation. Calculations use PyJHora with the Swiss Ephemeris and the Lahiri sidereal zodiac.

Readings and interpretations are provided for reflection, cultural, and educational purposes. They are not statements of fact and are not predictions of guaranteed outcomes.

No professional advice

AHORATRA does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. A chart interpretation cannot guarantee events, outcomes, wealth, relationships, health conditions, or exact timing.

Always seek the guidance of a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health, finances, legal matters, or wellbeing. Do not disregard or delay professional advice because of anything you read here.

Accuracy and limitations

Results depend on the accuracy of the birth details you enter. If a birth time is approximate or unknown, house-based interpretation is also approximate.

AI-generated interpretations may contain errors or omissions. General astrological knowledge is explanatory context, not measured fact, and should be treated accordingly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt or overload it, bypass usage limits, scrape or reproduce it at scale, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

AI interpretation is limited to three interpretations per source IP address per UTC day. We may modify, throttle, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Intellectual property

The AHORATRA name, design, text, and software are owned by AHORATRA or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

Horoscope files you generate and download are for your personal use.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Statement, which explains how the details you enter are handled and what is and is not stored.

Disclaimer of warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHORATRA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions or actions you take based on the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
